Phase 1: The Warehouse

The Dauz is finished  up with the inside event space which is over 6,000 square feet of open canvas to create a memorable event. The industrial style warehouse space can seat up to 356 people and can be used for a variety of events and functions. Let's book a tour!

Phase 2: The Yard

The second phase of The Dauz starts now with the outdoor portion of the venue called The Yard. This space will be directly outside of the main doors of the warehouse. It is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, smaller receptions, and so much more! There will be a portion of The Yard filled with turf and other areas with pavers.  There will be a living wall on the west side, a white stucco wall on the south side, a stucco wall with neutral landscaping on the east side with a pedestrian gate in 2 areas. Directly next to this area are the completed restrooms with 11  units and a shared washroom with a custom sink made by a local friend of the owners.

Phase 3: The Suites

The final phase of The Dauz is our on-site Bride and Groom suites! These suites will be located between the white building with restrooms and attached to the main building.  They will be private, secure suites for the wedding party to get ready and hang out before the wedding!  A small fridge for drinks or snacks along with bar items for coffee or champagne!  The ladies will have a Pinterest perfect spot to take beautification photos. These rooms will be secured with a keypad-locked door to ensure all personal items stay safe through the entire day. Each couple will have a designated "day-of code" to access these suites. Ladies, you will have your own private restroom and the gentlemen will be able to check scores while waiting.
